How to Book Your Transportation
Reservations can be completed through our online booking system or by contacting our dispatch center. Online bookings process quickly and avoid administrative fees, while phone reservations provide personalized assistance for complex itineraries. Here’s a breakdown of our online booking process:

- Enter departure date, time and pickup location.
- Choose your destination and passenger count.
- Complete payment using accepted methods.
- Receive confirmation via email with trip details.
You can also make a phone reservation by contacting our dispatch center at 800-589-6004. Phone bookings include an administrative fee but allow you to discuss specific requirements.
Payment Methods and Ticketing
You can purchase shuttle tickets exclusively through our online reservation system. Note that drivers cannot sell tickets or process payments during service. Each reservation covers one passenger and cannot be split between multiple travelers.
Prepurchasing tickets for another person is permitted as long as you enter the passenger’s name during checkout to complete the booking. Passengers with confirmed reservations receive loading priority and board first. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure with your purchase confirmed.
Understanding Our Credit Refund Policy
You can’t get a refund for shuttle tickets, and you also can’t transfer your ticket to another passenger. However, GO Express Travel may issue a ride credit to your account for future travel. Credits remain valid for one year from the issue date.
To request a ride credit, you’ll need to call our dispatch center at 800-589-6004. Our team will review your situation and determine credit eligibility based on circumstances and timing.
Charter Bus Cancellation Policy
Charter services and corporate shuttle programs follow different cancellation terms than scheduled shuttle tickets. Cancellation policies for charter transportation depend on service type, booking size and notice provided. Missing your scheduled departure does not result in automatic refunds. Your ticket remains valid for the next available shuttle based on vehicle capacity.

What is the protocol for weather or safety concerns?
Management may suspend service when hazardous conditions, such as heavy snow, storms or civil unrest, create unsafe travel conditions. Are there any accommodations for individuals with special circumstances?

What are the rules for luggage and additional items?
Each passenger is allowed to take one suitcase and one carry-on item that fits under the seat, on the lap or in an overhead compartment. Travelers with more than one suitcase will be required to buy another ticket.
