Airport Shuttle FAQs

How do I pay for a trip to the airport on the shuttle?
You can reserve online or buy a ride voucher at our kiosks at select shuttle stops. Bloomington Shuttle payment kiosks are located at the IMU, Willkie. The business center computer of Home2 Suites easily directs guests to our reservation page. You will need your mobile device and valid credit card to use the kiosks. The drivers do not sell tickets and cannot make change. It’s best to purchase your online reservation well in advance of your departure time.

Shuttle reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable. Ride vouchers purchased at the kiosks expire 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?
It depends. A reservation is non-refundable but can be credited to future rides on your user account. If a problem with your trip arises and you need to be refunded to your credit card, we will handle your situation on a case by case basis. We do our best to make things right. Age of Passengers
You must be 18 years of age or over to make travel reservations on or any subsidiary/partner website selling services operated by GO Express Travel. All children under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (17 years of age or over) when traveling on a GO Express Travel Operating Carrier’s motorcoach. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm you are at least the age of 18 and that any passenger under age 17 will be accompanied by a responsible person 17 years of age or over. GO Express Travel reserves the right, but is not obligated, to verify the age of any passenger and deny access to anyone under 17 years of age who is not accompanied by a responsible person 17 years of age or over.
How much luggage may I bring on the shuttle?
You may bring two suit cases of no greater than 70 lbs. or 62 linear inches and one carry item which must be able to fit under your seat or in the compartment overhead. Additional luggage will result in the purchase of an additional ticket with up to two more stowed bags.
Is there a charge for small children?
Children ages 3 and under may ride the Airport shuttle for free.
Can I travel with my pet on the shuttle?
Yes. Animals must be crated. Of course service animals for impaired passengers are always welcome.
Do I need a reservation to ride?
Reservations are given loading preference. A ride voucher does not guarantee a seat on any given shuttle. We recommend you make a reservation using our website, or by calling us at 812-332-6004. Our reserved riders are always seated first.
Can I pre-pay a ticket for someone?
You may purchase online and input the “passenger name” on the payment page. You may purchase a ride voucher from any of our kiosks at the shuttle pick-up locations at any time. For the sake of simplicity and ease of mind, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance using our online reservation system.
When should I be at the shuttle stop to catch the bus?
We recommend you are waiting at your shuttle stop no less than five minutes before the scheduled departure time, make sure you have purchased a ride card.
What if I have more than one carry on and two checked suitcases?

The shuttle bus luggage compartments have a limit on space per passenger. If you will be bringing additional items you will need to pay a $10.00 fee per luggage.

Exactly how does the airport shuttle ticket machine work?
At the airport, the IMU, McNutt, Willkie North and the Home2 Suites. GO Express Travel kiosk machines are there to serve you. The kiosk at the Indianapolis airport will sell you a printed voucher on the route you choose. Keep in mind that a voucher can only be honored if there are seats available. The kiosks at our pick up locations are designed to send you a text message with a link to make a reservation on the service. You may also purchase a ride voucher from our customer service representative at our booth in the ground transportation area of the airport.
Can I park my vehicle where I get on the shuttle?
GO Express Travel, does not recommend parking without permission at any location(this may lead to your vehicle being towed at your expense). Again, we have no authority to say that you should ever leave a vehicle unattended in a location without permission.
Can the shuttle buses be rented for use by private groups?
It is very common to charter a bus for private events where you want to have fun and continue the conversation the entire time. GO Express Travel, is insured and licensed to provide both large and small group transportation to anyplace in the U.S., Canada or Mexico. Just call our reservation center at 800-589-6004 and tell us where you would like to go!
Where do I find the shuttle at the airport?
The shuttle picks up at the Ground Transportation Center located directly across from baggage claim area on the lower level of the main terminal. We have a customer service representative who is ready to help you, located at our service desk in the Ground Transportation Center between the hours of 8am-11pm.
GO Express Travel is not liable for damage or loss of baggage or other property. The individual or group is responsible for belongings. Do not leave anything on the vehicle. If an item is left on the bus the customer is responsible for paying all applicable shipping cost.
