Booking & Tickets
How do I pay for a trip to the airport on the shuttle?
Please purchase your shuttle ride using our online reservation system. Drivers do not sell tickets and cannot make change. When booking, it is one reservation per person.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
A reservation is per person and cannot be split. Shuttle tickets are nonrefundable and not transferable to another person. A ride credit for a single ticket may be issued to your account and is valid for one year. For refund requests, call our dispatch center at 800-589-6004.
Do I need a reservation to ride?
Reservations receive loading priority, and reserved riders are seated first. We recommend booking on our website or by calling 800-589-6004. Phone reservations incur an additional administrative fee.
Can I pre-pay a ticket for someone?
Yes. You may purchase online and enter the passenger’s name on the payment page.
When should I be at the shuttle stop to catch the bus?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and make sure you have purchased your ride.
Service Policies
What happens if I miss my shuttle?
If you miss your shuttle, your ticket is valid for the next available shuttle based on capacity.
Suspension of Service During Hazardous Conditions
Safety is a core principle of Bloomington Shuttle Service Inc., DBA GO Express Travel. If management deems conditions unsafe, we may suspend service. Hazardous conditions, whether natural or manmade, include but are not limited to significant snow accumulation, ice, freezing rain, civil unrest, or protests. As a licensed operator, we follow local, state, and national directives. When conditions develop, we monitor and communicate with impacted passengers as promptly as possible.
How long are credited tickets good for?
Credited tickets are valid for one year.
Passenger Information
Age of Passengers
All minors 17 or younger must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 or older when traveling with GO Express Travel. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to verify a passenger’s age.
How Do I Request ADA Accommodations?
We are dedicated to providing accessible transportation. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your trip to request ADA accommodations. Requests can be made online or by calling 812-332-6004 or toll free at 800-589-6004.
For CIRTA Passengers: GO Express Travel follows the accessibility policies established by the Central Indiana Regional Transportation Authority (CIRTA) to maintain ADA compliance. Please review CIRTA’s Title VI and ADA policy for details.
How much luggage may I bring on the shuttle?
Each passenger may bring one suitcase and one carry-on. The carry-on must fit under the seat, on your lap, or in an overhead compartment. Passengers with more than one suitcase must purchase an additional ticket. Non-compliance may result in denial of service.
Is there a charge for small children?
Children ages 3 and under may ride the airport shuttle for free. To book, please call 800-589-6004.
Can I travel with my pet on the shuttle?
Yes. Animals must be crated. Service animals assisting passengers with impairments are always welcome.
Where do I find the shuttle at the airport?
At Indianapolis International Airport (IND), the shuttle picks up at the Ground Transportation Center on the lower level of the main terminal, Zone 1, directly across from baggage claim.
Additional Services
Can I park my vehicle where I board the shuttle?
We do not recommend parking without permission at any location, as your vehicle could be towed at your expense. For Lafayette Express customers, parking is available at the Courtyard Marriott with a parking permit, which can be purchased when making a reservation.
Can the shuttle buses be rented for private groups?
Yes. GO Express Travel is insured and licensed to provide group transportation, large or small, to destinations in the U.S., Canada, or Mexico. Call 800-589-6004 to discuss your trip.
