Many thanks to you and the team at Go Express for your charter bus in support of our Big Ten Business Officers meetings here at IU Bloomington. Thanks also to Josh Galyan for getting the group around campus on their tour, to/from dinner, etc. All our guests had a really good experience in Bloomington and enjoyed the beauty of our campus in springtime – and Go Express was an important part of helping them to experience that.

“We were in Bloomington last week to visit Indiana University and took the shuttle from Assembly Hall parking area to Office of Admissions. I wanted to express my appreciation for the kindness of one of your drivers. First I would like to say that the shuttle was very clean, comfortable and timely. When we parked in the lot and boarded the shuttle, I noticed that my vehicle’s lights were still on. I hopped off the shuttle and went to turn them off. As we were departing the lot on the shuttle, I noticed that my lights had not gone off and I could not figure out why. On the way to the admissions office, it dawned on me that I might not have gotten the lift gate of my SUV closed. I asked the driver if he would be so kind as to check this for me on his trip back. Unfortunately, we did not have the same driver on our trip back and I was not able to thank him personally. I also did not catch his name. I cannot tell you what a relief it was to arrive back to the lot and see my lights off. We were two hours away from home and my fear had been a dead battery when we returned and the possibility that our car might have been broken into and my husband’s new iPad stolen. So many thanks for saving us the heartache of either of those events occurring.”

“Mr. Steve Tafoya has been our coach driver the last two days for the Australian students. I coordinated the tour the first two days in Indianapolis before they headed off to Lexington, Kentucky. Just wanted to give the highest compliments to Steve for his willingness to “do whatever was needed.” He arrived on time, but more than half of the students were on a separate flight that was delayed, and they stayed the night in Dallas TX rather than Indianapolis. Steve was more than willing to make a special trip to the airport to collect 16 of the 22 who came in late. Steve was very flexible and easy to work with. Thanks again for the assistance he provided for these 20 students and their 2 chaperons.”
