The system eliminates unnecessary steps by focusing only on the essential information needed to complete your reservation. We’re also adding new payment options, including the Crimson Card this semester, and are committed to continuously modernizing to better serve you. Returning customers can now book in 30 seconds or less, but that’s just the beginning—the new system offers more features than we can list, all thoughtfully designed with your convenience and experience in mind.

What You Need to Know
The new booking system will launch on Tuesday, September 9. If you have already booked a trip, your reservation is safe and will appear in the new system. If you have an account, your username, email, and reservation history will carry over.
For security reasons, payment details and passwords will not be transferred. When you first log in, you will need to reset your password and re-enter your payment method.
